About this place
The Bibracte museum is the ideal introduction to the archaeological site on Mont Beuvray. Its clear displays bring the former Gallic town to life through excavated objects, models and explanations about daily life, trade and the work of archaeologists. An audio tour and guided visits make it suitable for either a short stop or a more in-depth exploration. Food and drink, toilets, parking and a museum shop are also available on site.
