low season:
rent per day (Monday to Thursday): 80,00 euro
rent per day (Friday to Sunday): 85,00 euro
minimum stay in low season is 2 nights
high season:
(June 13th to September 13th and December 19th to January 3th 2027):
rent per day: 90,00 euro
minimum stay in high season is 2 nights
discounts:
for a stay of at least 7 days, you get 5% discount on the rental price
if your stay starts within 6 days after booking, you get 10% discount on the rental price
surcharges:
• tourist tax: 0.88 euro per person per night
• final cleaning & kitchen, bed and bath linnen: 60.00 euro per stay
• dogs (2 maximum): 20.00 euro per stay, regardless the number of dogs
• charge electric car (230V-16A-3.7KWh) 0.30 euro/KWh
To keep accommodation costs as low as possible we do not charge administration or booking fees. This way, we keep it simple and transparent for everyone.
