Tourist tax 0.80 euro per person per night
Final cleaning 47.50 euro

Conditions
Because we would like to be able to confirm to everyone as soon as possible whether the requested date is still available, the request to make the payment within 10 days of the invoice date. If the payment is not received on time, the reservation expires.

You will receive the key from Karlijn or Jeroen or you will receive the code of the key safe
You will not pay a deposit. Of course, a glass or plate can always break. We assume that if something bigger breaks or damages, it will be reported to us and that we will handle it properly through your liability insurance. This way the guests can also enjoy a beautiful house after you/ you. If something is broken at the start, please report it directly to Karlijn or Jeroen. also we would like to hear if you have not found the house clean.
Pets are allowed in consultation. If you want to bring a pet, we ask for extra cleaning costs.
Cancel
You can cancel the booking up to 8 weeks in advance. You will then receive the total invoice amount back.
Up to 4 weeks in advance you will receive a 50% refund of the total invoice amount.
If desired, you can of course take out cancellation insurance yourself.
Payment
after acceptance of the reservation you will receive the invoice from us. The invoice must be paid within 10 days, then the booking is final. In case of late payment, the reservation may expire.
You can pay by bank transfer or via PayPal.
