Welcome to Sous les trois tilleuls, a small-scale estate in the Morvan. In the middle of nature and with plenty of space around you to enjoy. Less than 650 km from Utrecht and less than 250 km from Paris, our site is located in a beautiful setting and with a large garden. Read a book among the fruit trees, visit a winemaker nearby or the centuries-old Vezelay or go adventurous canoeing. It’s all possible.

Outdoor people and bon vivants… That’s who we are in a nutshell. In 2018 we bought Sous les trois tilleuls and have since refurbished the house, cottage and grounds step by step. Almost everything done yourself and sometimes with the help of family and friends. Jeroen worked in IT and has transformed both the houses and the grounds into a beautiful environment with his golden hands. Just the way Karlijn wanted it, because everything she came up with, he made! We like to stand together in the kitchen and prefer to cook with vegetables from the garden that Karlijn started with love and pleasure in 2020.
Since April 2022 we live permanently in France and left the Netherlands behind us. We now live with great pleasure at this beautiful spot together with our two dogs Meis and Sjef.
