low season:
(April 1th to June 12th & September 14th to November 15th)

high season:
(June 13th to September 13th and December 19th to January 3rd 2027):

rent per day: 115,00 euro
for 2 people or more
rent per day: 135,00 euro
minimum stay in high season is 4 nights
discounts:
for a stay of at least 7 days, you get 5% discount on the rental price
if your stay starts within 6 days after booking, you get 10% discount on the rental price
surcharges:
• tourist tax: 1,00 euro per person per night
• final cleaning & kitchen, bed and bath linnen: 100.00 euro per stay (30 euro discount when using 1 bedroom and you stay with a maximum of 2 people)
• dogs (3 maximum): 35.00 euro per stay, regardless the number of dogs
• water and electricity (normal use max. 20 kWh a day) are included in the price, additional usage electricity at 0.30 euro/kWh
• charge electric car (230V-16A-3.7KWh) 0.30 euro/KWh (this is not included in the 20 kWh usage mentioned above)
deposit:
For the “Le Tilleul” gîte, we require a deposit of 300 euro. This will be included on the invoice along with the cost of your stay and must be paid before the start of your holiday. After departure, the full deposit will be refunded within 5 working days at the latest, provided that no damage is found during the final clean and/or the departure instructions have been followed. Any additional electricity usage or car charging will also be deducted from the deposit.
To keep accommodation costs as low as possible we do not charge administration or booking fees. This way, we keep it simple and transparent for everyone.
