Nice cozy house equipped with all the comforts and with a beautiful view. The bed is top and the surroundings are super nice (and quiet) for walking and maybe biking. The sunsets are wonderful. The host and hostess are moreover very kind and helpful. Dinner upon arrival is a real recommendation!

We had a wonderful week at Gite le Tilleul. We enjoyed hiking in the beautiful green surroundings and visited lovely old and quiet villages, and occasionally swam in a lake. But the house itself was so pleasant that we also spent many mornings and evenings comfortably at home. The garden is lovely with a beautiful view, and the spot on the veranda was really nice. We spent many hours there, eating quietly, reading or playing a game. The cottage is very tastefully furnished, a pleasure for the eyes. It is also clean and very well equipped with appliances and cooking and eating utensils. We rarely go back, but maybe we will do that now once. The contact with the landlords was also very pleasant. We also received good tips for nice walks or other activities. In short: we enjoyed it and the house is a real recommendation! 🥰😊

Nice little cottage with a nice garden and terrace in the green Morvan. Several hikes in the area, a lake at +-15 minutes with swimming. There are quite a few house rules to take into account, which reduces the relaxed vacation feeling.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at "la petite maison." The cottage is very practical and stylishly furnished and offers everything you need. The beautifully landscaped garden with terrace provides a wonderful sense of tranquility. On your arrival day, you'll be offered the option of a dinner service, a delicious three-course meal lovingly prepared by the very hospitable owners using ingredients from their own vegetable garden. There are many (beautiful) walks in the surrounding area. We highly recommend a stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming cottage in the beautiful Morvan region. It's comfortably furnished and fully equipped, with the kitchen especially stocked with everything you need for self-catering – making our stay extra comfortable.

The garden is a definite asset: beautifully landscaped with great care, and featuring several cozy seating areas where you can relax and unwind. Our dog had a wonderful time too! We were delighted to see how welcome he was, and we were thrilled that the owners even took him for a walk when we were out for the day – a warm and thoughtful gesture we greatly appreciated.

The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, with countless opportunities for nature walks. Ideal for those who enjoy peace and quiet, fresh air, and stunning landscapes. Moreover, the cottage is only a 1-hour and 20-minute drive from several wineries in Burgundy – a perfect opportunity to combine nature walks with delicious wine tastings.

Very beautiful small renovated house with exposed stones. There is a terrace and a small garden, but the weather did not allow us to enjoy it. On the other hand, the small wood stove is great. This is a pearl in Burgundy! The location is great, wonderfully quiet in a beautiful place. The little house is detached so you have all the space and peace. It was great breakfast with fresh eggs from the chickens that roam freely. There were even fresh strawberries from the garden. This location is perfect if you want to fully recover from the busy city life. Here you really live like a god in France 😉

We stayed 3 nights at Karlijn and Jeroen place and we had a wonderful time. The house is well arranged, clean and located in a beautiful and quiet area. We very appreciated the garden to enjoy the sun after a day of hike, with the view on the countryside and the horses. Wir haben uns richtig auf den erneuten Zwischenstop auf der Rückreise gefreut. Das Häuschen ist ein zauberhafter Ort. Karlijn und ihr Mann sind supernette Gastgeber. Und am liebsten wären wir noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben, und auch die ganze Region ganz besonders schön ist. Etwas was wir übrigens besonders geschätzt haben bei unserer Ankunft war ein frisch bezogenes Bett und frische Handtücher, ein Service, der in Frankreich alles andere als Selbstverständlich ist, genau so wenig wie die Flasche Weißwein im Kühlschrank als Gastgeschenk. Vielen Dank für eine wundervolle Zeit.

Um die weite Anreise zwischen unserer Heimat und unserem Urlaubsziel in der Bretagne etwas zu entspannen, suchte ich nach einer Unterkunft, welche ziemlich genau in der Mitte der Strecke lag. So fand ich also mehr oder weniger per Zufall dieses entzückende Häuschen von Karlijn, in dem wir uns von der 1. Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der wunderschöne Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten durfte von uns genutzt werden, und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.. Das Grundstück liegt mitten in der Natur, es ist komplett ruhig und ein friedlicher, besonderer Ort. Das auch unsere wurde Hündin Luna so herzlich willkommen geheißen wurde war sehr schön..Wir freuen uns schon darauf auf unserer Rückreise in 3 Wochen erneut 2 Nächte bei Karlijn zu übernachten. A very well located quiet and well-equipped accommodation with communicative and responsive hosts. The only drawback the damp basement room despite the dehumidifier.

We still praise their work on the "little house"; on 2 floors, the bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, accessible via an entrance door, the living room and kitchen on the first floor are very nice and functional, they open onto the outside. The terrace and garden are simply wonderful! You can eat outside (terrace very well furnished). In short; we recommend this little haven of peace without hesitation!

We had a lovely and calm stay! This two story house is small but very cozy ! We made great fires in the fireplace to keep us warm during our long winter evenings ! The bedroom is located downstairs alongside the bathroom. The house is located in a beautiful part of Bourgogne, near Quarre les Tombes ! It’s lovely ! To sum things up we really enjoyed our stay !

We had a very good time in this magnificent region. Karlijn's house is very welcoming and cosy, ideal for recharging as a couple and going for a walk right next door. A grocery restaurant nearby as well as the Vauban Museum. A small drawback or limitation to the property, the access to the upper level via a very narrow staircase. Not necessarily suitable for everyone. But there are two accesses from the outside. Upstairs you enjoy a magnificent well-exposed terrace. A stay to repeat to discover a bit more of the region. Das charmante und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen liegt in einer wunderbar ruhigen Gegend umgeben von Wäldern und Wiesen. Im Haus selbst hat es an nichts gefehlt, es war sauber und modern und gemütlich eingerichtet! Der Garten lädt mit seinen verschiedenen Sitzecken und der Wiese zum Verweilen ein - wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

What a beautiful and peaceful time staying in Karlijn's beautiful, La Petite Maison. Quintessential French countryside filled with beautiful scenic landscapes, farms, horses, cows, and forests. Karlijn's property is gorgeous and well maintained. You can see the hard work and love they put into their property. The place where you stay is beautifully designed with living space upstairs and sleeping room with bathroom below. the steps are more like a ladder, which when treated like that, it was much easier. It's definitely a hidden treasure with the location and home... if you get to meet Karlijn and her family, it's even an added bonus as they were super nice and welcoming. 💙👍🏽

It was a great stay in peace, in a beautiful and well-furnished house. It was a great pleasure to have a well-equipped kitchen. The lower room (bedroom) is slightly damp, but we sleep very well there. I will return with joy.

Le gîte est sur deux étages, mais attention l'escalier est très raide (pas de problème pour moi). Gîte dimensionné pour deux, très agréable pour un peu de repos!
