Parcours 7 Rouge Avallon

Parcours 7 Rouge is a sporty and technical mountain-bike route from Avallon. The loop starts at Gymnase Gazzillo, opposite the bike park, and covers 32.22 kilometres with 1,034 metres of climbing. According to the route manager, it follows attractive, narrow and technical trails and takes approximately 2 hours 15 minutes to 2 hours 45 minutes. The combination of distance, climbing and technical sections makes it most suitable for experienced mountain bikers with a good level of fitness. Follow the red VTT-FFC waymarking and carry the GPX file as a backup. After storms, forestry work or prolonged rain, always check whether the entire route remains accessible.
