surcharges:
tourist tax 0.88 euro per person per night
final cleaning 60.00 euro per stay
dogs (2 maximum) 20.00 euro per stay
discounts:
for a stay of at least 7 days, we offer a 5% discount on the rental price
if the booking starts within 6 days, we offer a 10% discount on the rental price.
To keep accommodation costs as low as possible, we do not require a security deposit. Additionally, we do not charge administration or booking fees. This way, we keep it simple and transparent for everyone.
